“After some problems initially using the UAD bass management and correction (I use a 2.1 setup), it just worked. My 'solution' was to uninstall and reinstall it - no idea what the problem was. Apart from that, it was absolutely worth it! My room is problematic to say the least, I didn't think that it would be so easy to correct. You can't expect miracles, of course, if I could acoustically optimize the room it wouldn't be any better - but it really does make a lot of difference, I was very positively surprised. How I would love to have time now to open up all the previous projects again and check them with corrected monitoring. Really good work Sonarworks!”

“My experience was smooth and hassle-free. Since I own a UAD Apollo Twin X, which recently integrated SoundID, I naturally downloaded the 21-day trial version without any issues, and everything worked perfectly right away! I also had a few questions, which I posted on the forum, and I received answers within 2-3 days. Everything is spot on—no complaints at all”

“j ai decouvert sonarworks grace a un ami ingenieur du son dans son studio d enregistrement . apres avoir commander le systeme et installer sur mon ordi dans mon home studio , la diference etait vraiment palpable . l experience client est tres satisfaisante , mais surtout j ai grandement ameliorer la qualite de mon travail dans mon studio . l incorporation dans ma appollo sait faite automatiquement grace a la derniere mise a jour . domage cependant que les deux casques avec lequels je travail mes mixs ne fasse pas partit de la liste .”

“The big failure is authorization - the whole thing is a debacle, so check the comminuty forums before you commit to buying anything. It's pretty disappointing to see so many people who bought something in good faith only to be immediately frustrated by just not being able to pass authorization.”

“I'm probably one of the most unusual user. I run a studio in an ex-clothes shop on the streets of Granada, Spain. No any treatment, whatsoever. But for me the vibe and the music is more important than the quality of recording effected by the treatment of the room. I have high-end equipment and high-end musicians. So, now with Sonarworks I have a monitoring system I can absolutly rely on. Speakers (NS 10s) and headphones (Ollo Audio), too. I use UAD Luna with Apollo 8xp hardwer so it was a nobrainer to get the whole system. Works like a charm. I trust professionals. Everybody should do. Cheers to that! T.”

“I really like the new Apollo monitoring features, but I feel the web interface could be improved. It took extra time to fully understand what I was actually purchasing and whether it suited my needs. A clearer, more streamlined presentation of product details would be helpful. Additionally, I find the decision to charge an extra €49 for basic virtual monitoring for headphones unnecessary. Instead of offering it as a separate purchase, it would make more sense to include it as a standard feature or incorporate the cost into the overall product price. Making it an add-on feels like an unnecessary complication for something that should be fundamental to the experience. I hope these aspects can be reconsidered to provide a more user-friendly and transparent purchasing process.”
