“I bought the wrong product by mistake and customer services were very quick to enact a refund. Updating to Sound ID and getting the Apollo/Luna extension proved invaluable. It was always a bit fiddly using reference 3/4, but now the process is seamless and I enjoy calibrated speakers all the time without having to second guess whether it's engaged or not.”

“Excellent app. What how it changes my Adam A7V eq frequency to my room is outstanding, the only issue is getting the app to install/ set up on my system. Whilst the support from Arty was nothing short of outstanding, it should not take an engineer to log into my PC registry to get the app to work. Outstanding app and functionality 5 starts. App coding needs some attention.”

“I've been using SoundID for sometime and am absolutely a true believer on the accuracy of how my mixes turns out after caliberating my room. When I heard about the SoundID AI, I decided to test it on a Choir section of a song I was working on. It turned out so well that I ended up purchasing the Perpetual License within 10 minutes of using the Trial. I hope you continue to add more voices and continue to improve the potential of the AI that can also speak in other languages properly. Well done!”

“First of all, I want to express my appreciation for the incredible sound quality your software provides. It has significantly improved my workflow, and I truly enjoy using it. However, I have encountered recurring issues that affect my user experience. One of the main problems I face is with licensing. Quite often, I need to re-license the product to ensure it functions correctly. This can be frustrating, especially when I am in the middle of a session and suddenly encounter activation issues. It would be great if the licensing process were more stable and seamless. Additionally, I have noticed a persistent issue when switching between my Apollo x6 and Core Audio on my Mac Studio M2. If I turn off my Apollo and revert to Core Audio, Sonarworks does not always sync smoothly, requiring manual intervention to get it working again. This disrupts the workflow and makes switching between devices less intuitive than it should be. I believe addressing these issues would make an already excellent product even better. Thank you for your hard work, and I hope to see improvements in future updates.”

“It’s sounds crazy good and is must have for every producer. However it wasn’t clearly mentioned that you need both the normal sonar license and the Apollo Add-on to have this setup work.”

“I wasn't sure at first but I thought I give it a try. I tested the trial for my headphones and - wow! Absolutely great. Fantastic to have a reliable tool for mixing with headphones that were new and that I didn't know well. So I bought a license with the microphone and created a profile for my speakers. And this also was absolutely great. Thank you Sonarworks for the gamechanger.”

“I can now say from firsthand experience that the toolset works fast and more accurately than I can do without it, and it integrates with some of my hardware pretty nicely. It's disappointing the industry hasn't embraced and encoraged this adoption more broadly, but perhaps the barriers to making great art will always exist.”
