“Long time Sonarworks user. Updgraded to Sound ID after getting a new M4 mac recently. Comparing the different options was easy on the website and I now have the UAD Apollo integration which is fantastic. Re-registering my music software was a real hassle in some cases. The Sonarworks upgrade was easy.The process was really simple to manage thanks to Customer service being super responsive giving the correct advice first time.”

“It's great! I mix primarily in headphones so when using my older Beyerdynamics dt770 pro 250ohm headphones sonarworks is a game changer. Both in the low and high end. I don't feel like I'm having to adjust things as much when I check my mix else where.”

“Upgrading from Sonarworks to SoundID was a little confusing, but once purchased, download and installation was relatively straightforward. The experience switching from Sonarworks to SoundID did not seem like it was worth the price. I felt like I simply re-paid to have a very similar, if not the same experience. This should have been a free transfer from Sonarworks to SoundID or maybe a $20 “upgrade” at most. Listening to audio with SoundID on takes some getting used to if you’ve been listening on your headphones without flattening the eq. You essentially have to learn your headphones all over again and need to take the time to listen to all of the music you’re used to listening in order to train your ears on what a pro mixed and mastered song sounds like in your headphones. I use SoundID all the time as it has helped with some mixes and hearing things that might sound good on headphones, but don’t translate well to other sound systems. I’d recommend SoundID to have a different take on the sound, though it is priced high for what it does.”
