“As a cinematic style composer, i have underestimated my capacity to mix and master my music well. Before, my mixing results were ok, but something felt out of reach, well, until i got the sonarwork reference id. i heard about if on youtube, and got a reference mic with the software on a music store. I upgraded to the pro version to use extra output. The mic and the softwRe were eady to use. When you are calicrationg, the software that sonarwork provide make it super easy to follow with video and realtime mic pisition detection. The only thing thatcwas not well explain is how to calibrate your monitor with a spl first. I got it serup qith a sub. As the uad plugin for it to correct from my appolo interface, and its magic. I now hear what i could not before making ne regret not having done this before.”

“Sonarworks has brilliant products. There could be more in-depth detail on the website for those who want it. What's there tends to be on the 'quick and breezy' side. The best example of detailed walkthroughs are on the product pages at Spitfire Audio. They go intro great detail with walkthrough demonstrations and use suggestions. For voice AI you seem to incorporate "influencer" reviews. Those aren't very deep, and don't really teach users much. Great for sales, I'm sure, but inadequate for company communcations to serious customers.”

“You need to be careful to ensure that you select the UAD ASIO driver when doing the speaker profile. Mine got blacklisted at some point, and needed to be reactivated. But then, it really is pretty amazing. How it is doing realtime measurement of the microphone location is pretty amazing. And I was really surprised at how much of a difference there was between the before and after. Very cool.”

“The concept behind this wonder tool and quality of the output from it are beyond 5 stars. The only thing that causes me issues is that it has a tendency to crash Ableton. if I leave it on one of the tracks, after I have used it to create the wav exports that I need, then there is a high possibility the track will freeze/crash the session. I am in the habit of turning off or deleting it after I have the wavs I need.”
