“The program seems to work pretty well on my system but there are some bugs. The system is protools run through an UAD Apollo8. If i use the standalone option some of my outboard effects gear does not work (SPDIF and hardware send and return). This must be something to do with the I/O setup being influenced by the Sound ID program as standalone. So I have resorted to using the plugin on the master fader. I would much prefer to be able to use the standalone on everything. If you know what the answer to this is I would like to know. The system for calibrating the room is clearly explained and easy to operate. All said and done I am happy to know that what I am listening to is the correct sound relative to what is recorded.”

“I love the product. As I spend more time producing, I’m really starting to hear my mixes more accurately and make better decisions — it’s def a game-changer. I also really appreciate the access to the PDF resources covering different topics; they’re inspiring and helpful for improving on music creators work. The shopping experience was smooth, and I had no issues making my purchase. I did have a few questions I couldn’t immediately find answers to, but to be fair, I didn’t dig too deep yet — I just skimmed the site. I’m confident I’ll find what I need either on your site or on YouTube. One thing that stood out to me was how generous you are with the trial periods. I loved being able to try every product before buying, and the option to extend the trial is cool. After using the trial versions, I was completely sold. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience and would absolutely recommend Sonarworks to other music creators.”

“A lifesaver for indie musicians who can't build an optimized home studio. Really love SoundID Reference for Headphones, and the Virtual Monitoring Add-on is great. My only request for the latter is to have more options for popular headphones like variations of Airpods. It doesn't quite sound like my Airpod 2s at all.”

“I am familiar with the SonarworksID Reference software for headphones and studio monitors for two professional producers and 3 bedroom songwriter producers friends of mine use SonarworksID Reference software for headphones. I have mixed some of my personal songs in their studios with confidence in the final mix which I found that translate very well to into most other audio systems and music platforms. As of this writing I don't own these products but are considering to purchase the SonarworksID Reference software for headphones for my own bedroom studio in the very near future. My personal experience with Sonarworks as I just purchased the SoundID VoiceAI software has been a great experience for I consider them to be very professional and friendy. “As of now I have mixed reviews about this product. I have it linked to my Apollo X6. The problem is 5 out of 10 times that I open up my Apollo console and try to launch the sonarwork sound ID, it doesn't open. Just last night I was trying to get some work done and this happened. I don't know if it's a UA thing or Sonarworks, but it's really getting on my nerve. I have some Adam Audio A7V's and I'm thinking about doing the Sonar works through them but naw, because I've already spent my money on the Apollo platform. It seems like I have to keep rebooting my system for it to work. SMH”
