It would be good if you had a parcel tracker service, I placed my order on the Wednesday afternoon it is now Saturday & the only emails I have received is that you have processed my order & credit card & this review asking me to comment, With no item or imforfation it becomes a difficult task

Within two weeks of installing the wall lights, the cords had frayed and snapped. Shouldn't the holes where the cord feeds through have a rubber seal to prevent this from happening? Disappointed, Lorraine McDonald

ordered lights online only to be emailed a few days later that they cannot get them .

I ordered 3 lights, paid for them and then received an email to say they will be delivered in 4 weeks, no offer of a refund either! I emailed back asking for a refund which I got but it wasn't an apologetic email just an automated email telling me my card has been refunded. Not impressed and will not buy from again. Companies should check their stock and inform customers of availability before taking their money

The only bit of information I have had is the fact you have billed me and you want feed back, nothing about where they are or when I will get them. It would be nice to receive them though as it is holding up my whole landscape.

when searching Solihull Lighting website we used the filter "bathroom wall lights" and we ordered a a fitting from the list the appeared. Unfortunately, it says nothing about bathroom zones on the box!!!! not sure now whether we can fix this in our small bathroom!

I had to "chase" my order (WEB7476) that I placed on 12/05/14 - this "chase up" was done on 17/05/14 as I received a review request for yourselves but no contact/email confirmation of my order being despatched. When I telephoned I was told I should have received my order by 17/05/14 and someone would look into it and call me back - as no call back after 2 hours I called back to be told the Courier had not returned your contact. Now I have received contact from the Courier that my parcel left on 18/05/14??? and would be delivered on 20/05/14. Not the service I was expecting. Still no contact from yourselves to advise if it was your own error or the Courier's. Whichever it is I am not impressed. I only hope the order is delivered undamaged so as I do not have to wait on a replacement or any further contact from yourselves. Regards - an unhappy customer

The lamp is what I wanted though a bit short. The overhanging part is a bit bouncy so doesn't seem all that stable. Base damaged which I put down to bad packaging - it looked as though it had been returned by someone previously. Have now got round to taking the plastic off the shade and found a long brown mark. I have sent an email to company but to date no reply.

I have been asked on the 4th May to review my purchase but as of now on the 8th May I have not yet received the order or any indication when it is to be delivered.

Did not have the light I ordered. I only found this out after I ordered it. The company offered me alternatives. I replied to the email and said that I'd like to wait for the light I ordered. I am still waiting for a reply from the company to confirm that I will be getting the light I ordered.

Order Number 6748WEB 25/3/14. Found an ideal fitting at a reasonable price but the the next day, 26/3, received an apologetic call to say that the item was no longer available but if I would care to select something else I could have a 10% discount. All I had to do once a selection had been made was to phone and a discount code would be provided. A new selection was made and I called 27/3 and spoke to a colleague of the gentleman spoken to the previous day who quickly checked the details of the order but informed me that a few details needed to be sorted after which I would be contacted again. I gained the impression that this would be the same day but at the time of writing I'm still waiting. I was at first quite impressed with the service but it now seems to have gone awry ; hence only 2 stars.
