I had to "chase" my order (WEB7476) that I placed on 12/05/14 - this "chase up" was done on 17/05/14 as I received a review request for yourselves but no contact/email confirmation of my order being despatched. When I telephoned I was told I should have received my order by 17/05/14 and someone would look into it and call me back - as no call back after 2 hours I called back to be told the Courier had not returned your contact. Now I have received contact from the Courier that my parcel left on 18/05/14??? and would be delivered on 20/05/14. Not the service I was expecting. Still no contact from yourselves to advise if it was your own error or the Courier's. Whichever it is I am not impressed. I only hope the order is delivered undamaged so as I do not have to wait on a replacement or any further contact from yourselves. Regards - an unhappy customer
