Still waiting for my order placed on 3/11/14. Money has been taken from my account on 4/11/14. I phoned on 5/11/14 informed that my item was in dispatch. At no point during the placing of this order was I informed that the item was not in stock. Very poor service from online ordering although customer services were very helpful. Disappointed that you have no option to arrange delivery next day delivery. 5 days still no goods and had arranged for an electrician to fit the item on Sat 8/11/14. I am not happy that money has been taken from my account and 5 days on the goods have not left you!
