Avoid this company!! I was refused a refund for software licence that I am unable to use!! Avsolute joke I will never purchase anything again from this seller!!!

Well it didn't work at all. Not happy I've tried many times in the end I just bought the real thing on disc. Will never buy this way again.

No instructions for up grading to windows 7 from Vista home, been trying all week to sort it - not impressed would like a refund.

Instructions are included automatically via email and on the website for each and every purchase. No communication from this buyer claiming to have not received, nor asking for help since purchase. Would have thought that he would have popped on the online chat or emailed for help if he's been trying to a full week, right?! Defies logic.

I have been unable to download the windows 10 programme, after trying for four days I gave up! When I sought support, I was told to read the instructions, even after I said I did not understand them. No telephone number was provided, all "support" was provided by an on line chat line. One reply sent to me was written in capitals, (as if shouting at me). I was told that the "supporter" (Jack) could not read the instructions for me! The chat line is only available 10am-6.00pm weekdays, nothing at week ends, and even then it was not available for Monday afternoon after 1.00pm. A waste of £27 pounds

Took 5 attemps to burn software and after one week I am now getting invalid key command.

I bought an OS key but according to Microsoft it's not transferable and should never have been sold to me. Not tried to get a refund as looking at Software Geeks responses to complaints and bad reviews gives the impression that they have no desire to help any customers who may have a problem with their purchase.

Hello "Anonymous", Choice words "not tried to get a refund", nor have you bothered to contact us. Had you had to energy to drop us an email, like you did Microsoft, we could have informed and educated you, that a "non-transferable license does not exist and Microsoft are not the law of the land. The windows 10 upgrade software didn't work for windows 7 to 10. Needs to be noted on website.

Hi Mike, The Windows 10 software is from Microsoft, and of course "works" to upgrade from Win 7 to Win 10. Hundreds of millions of people across the world have done so. This would be a local issue with your machine. You purchased a LICENSE from ourselves, not software. We have received no communication from yourself asking for any help. Why not get in touch for the help you require, rather than leaving a negative review? Softwaregeeks

Bought the product loaded onto a memory stick and then found out that you have to download Image Mastering API v 2 from Microsoft to make it work. Unfortunately this is no longer available on the Microsoft website so the product is absolutely useless and should never be sold.

Hi Michael, We send a link to the API v2 (for XP users) software automatically upon purchase for users like yourself that require it. We're assuming that you didn't read the instructions sent. We've also received no communication from yourself regarding this matter. We could have easily resent you the link to download the API v2 had you misplaced it. The instructions for loading the software via a usb stick were not clear and the process was too complex to waste time on.

Hi Martin, We appreciate your feedback, but you simply purchased a license from ourselves. The software/instructions on how to load to USB are from Microsoft, and it's how Microsoft built the software. We cannot change this. Your issue should be raised with Microsoft directly. Ordered windows 10 license. Key didn't work! Decided to cut my losses rather than face the probable struggle to get resolved. Only cost £20ish so not that much out of pocket. Would expect it to work first time!

After several days and many many attempts I have abandoned any hope of upgrading an old Vista computer to Windows 10. One of the links in the instructions could not find the microsoft page required. Consequently could not download a tool that apparently was essential to load your software.

I have purchased a software, the email with the installation guide was sent however, the software was not able to be installed. Since, I've already obtained from a different source I no longer require it. I've contacted the scuatomer service and no refund was offered. Very dissatisfied with the company.

HI Eduardo, As per our exchanged emails, this was an error with your local machine, which you're aware of. The source of the software is Microsoft, there is no other source. We already advised that a refund cannot be offered for a non-faulty license key. This is clearly stated in our returns policy. Please try to leave fair reviews in the future. My link/download which was sent was corrupt. I had a few people try just to make sure but still no joy. Trying to get my money back from paypal (real headache I could do without). Sorry but its the truth Brett

Hi Brett, The download is not corrupt, it's corrupt locally on your side because of your internet connection, which we've discussed on email. If it was corrupt, it would be corrupt for thousands of people each day, which it certainly is not! The software/link is direct from Microsoft. Regards, Softwaregeeks
