“I bought micro-office with the offer that was introduced it turned out to be a downloadable, instead of the box of which i was hoping for but with this it came from an UNKNOWN PUBLISHER .”

Hi there, Boxed products are only sold by Microsoft, but mainly all products are downloadable in this times. We are a license seller, you bought a LICENSE from us a stated in the product's description. Hi Tracy, As explained via email we cannot take responsibility for your computer crashing, you are asking us to assume the costs of a lost license as we cannot resell it due to a local issue with the computer. We fully understand the problem, but cannot take responsibility as it largely exceeds us.

“They sell upgrade licenses, you would need to completely wipe your disk and activate offline. I called Microsoft and they told me the key provider was blocked because it had been activated 63 times around the globe. If you do the mistake of purchasing a key call Microsoft Support and ask them to check if your key is unique, you will find out it’s a bad key. I have complained to the police, European consumer rights board, my banking institution, google and Facebook, my refund is now due on January 8th after a guy named Jack, probably a fake name, refused to refund and even told me I should complain to whoever I wanted because nothing would happen. Stay away.”

“Support consisted of replying to my question with a question, which I answered promptly then have heard nothing since... so no support was received!! I’ve had to re-purchase elsewhere so a refund would be appreciated.”

We replied within 2 hours with download links to the software downloads and we've just forwareded that same email which was also included with the order.. “The program does not open and allow me to download, so I cannot comment on how good it is. I am not a computer novice and am disappointed that I cannot open it, and consequently will not be buying anything else form this company. If the product / company were good and honest there would not be any of this hassle.”
