Hi Richard, We don't understand what you mean. The license was emailed to you immediately upon purchase. If you're referring to downloads, this depends on the speed of your internet connection. We have not received any emails from yourself requesting any returns. Regards, Softwaregeeks

“Great service! Purchase made, within a minute email received with information for downloads and license. Did a clean install of Windows 7 Pro SP1 and activated without a problem. After a couple of weeks enabled Windows Updates but was not working. Contacted SoftwareGeeks and they sent me a link to a page on a very useful website. 15 minutes later everything running fine. Definitely recommend these guys and I will use them again without hesitation.”

“Ordered Windows 7 Home Premium. The invoice was received about 10 minutes later and it contained the product key. This activated without any problems and I used it to upgrade to Windows 10 on an old laptop that had been running Vista. Excellent service.”

“Received the Code immediately for Win 7 Pro and entered it into a Windows build that had been showing 'Non Genuine' for some time. I purchased the code to get the Win 10 Upgrade offer. My P.C took the supplied key and Windows showed up as validated. I went on to Start the upgrade to 10 and it told me that the windows was still not Valid. Windows 7 reported back fine though. I couldnt resolve this Windows support were no help (blaming these guys for selling counterfeit Keys (Not true)). Contacted these guys for support (software geeks) on the live chat. Not much more help, very defensive, They started asking questions about by Windows build then I got 'cut off'. Due to the way I run my system, a Fresh install from original media, causes me very little inconvenience. I did this and got the Windows build to install (entering the key at the beginning of the install). I validated the new build on the 3rd windows 'online validation' attempt. The point of this Story is PRODUCT = 5 STARS. BUT IF YOU RUN INTO PROBLEMS, YOU CANT COUNT ON PRO-ACTIVE AND SYMPETHETIC SUPPORT. Great product, if you have the resources to troubleshoot.”

“Like a lot of people seeing Windows 10 pro so cheap raised alarms so did some digging before committing cash, having found no evidence to give concern handed over my poor worn out bank card details and almost immediately received a download link to both 32 and 64Bit versions of windows 10 and my licence key. So long as your OK burning an ISO file to disc {not that hard with today's burning software} its a brilliant service that if the need arises again i will use.”

“Hi, I have done to download in instal window 7 profesional as I purchased but someohow the resolution is not as good as before which is the font is too big and not really clear . I have adjusted the resolution in control panel in maximum but stilll the resolution is not shrap enough. Could you please to advise ? I am not sure if i am wrong when I installed it or this product resolution is really not good. Really appreciate if you can help me with it. Thanks.”
