“I was looking for an upgrade from win 10 home to pro and Software Geeks appeared the least expensive. Saw it cheaper elsewhere but sites looked a bit dodgy. Key arrived swiftly by email and subsequently activated without a hitch. Good service.”

“I was very wary in the first instance but after doing my research decided to give SoftwareGeeks a go. I purchased 3 licenses for Office 2010 Professional and they all worked. I did have to speak to M$ when trying to activate the first license as automatic activation failed but that was sorted by M$ very quickly. I'm a very happy customer and would definitely deal with SoftwareGeeks again.”

“Had a slight error with download but then it downloaded. Easy to install on a mac with parallels software but could'nt use it with bootcamp built in mac software. Some extra instructions for mac would be much appreciated. Thanks guys/gals.”

“Email delivery was good and quick but trying to get help installing product was horrific. Phone not answered and was waiting over an hour for a reply on online chat so I gave up. Was also going to purchase Microsoft Word package from company but after the lack of customer service I will go elsewhere”

“Software arrived by email very quickly even when bought on a Saturday. The software (Windows 7) was perfect although I found the installation instructions a little confusing. The software came with a totally genuine product key as promised. I would definitely use this firm again.”

“I have been after upgrading to Windows 10 for a long time ever since I tried the free upgrade and it failed 5 times trying to install. I wanted to upgrade to Windows 10 pro but I checked online and most websites were charging nearly £150 if you wanted to install from usb, so I decided to see if I could get it cheaper and lucky for me I found software geeks and I couldn't be happier Windows 10 pro for £29.99 I couldn't believe my eyes read the reviews and thought lets go for it. Within 10 minutes of purchasing Windows 10 pro I was emailed with my genuine license key and links to download either 32 bit or 64 bit iso. Very happy with my purchase I can't believe I saved so much money!”

“I purchased Windows 7 code firstly, and had to chase it up as didn't get an email with the code on. Then I realised it was actually windows 7 professional that I had, so asked if there was any possibility of a swap of code. I did not get any reply from this later email. Therefore I had to buy another code and can't use the first one. Again, I had to chase up the second code as it wasn't sent in the confirmation emails. Price of the code is good, but I am not very impressed with customer service.”

Hi Helena, This is not true. You replied to the automatic email you received upon purchase which contained the code, asking for the code. We pointed out that the code was already in the email chain (original email). As our return policy states, we cannot simply swap codes purchased in error.
