“The Windows 7 key and detailed instructions on how to download the data for the boot disk and do the upgrade were sent immediately by email when payment was made. However I did need to use another Windows 7 laptop to create the boot disk as the program wouldn't work on XP, although this wasn't a problem for me as I had that to hand. The validation of the key had to be done over the phone to Microsoft but there were no issues doing it apart from it being a fairly long-winded process with someone at the end of a faint phone line (presumably in the US although it's a freephone number). Overall very pleased with the outcome, which for under £20 has avoided having to throw out an old but perfectly serviceable XP desktop.”

“Excellent service, at first I though this was a scam, but gave into the temptation. And indeed, a fully working Windows7, the key is genuine, and I would recommend to everyone. I marked the review as good only because the key worked, however I did not use the OS download files that Software Geeks provided me with, instead I downloaded from a Microsoft-related site. However, the key is genuine. Thank you”

“Very cheap service and all as advertised. My biggest gripe was that the iso that I was given for Windows 10 64bit did not work and couldn't boot my new pc from a USB stick with this iso on it. But wasn't too much of a problem as they're available from Microsoft for free anyway, which worked first time. Otherwise, 10/10.”

Hi Paul, Nowhere do we state or advertise that you will receive a disc with Windows 10. It's clearly stated on the product page that you receive download links, instructions and a product key. From the downloads and instructions, you can create your own DVD/USB boot device. Regards, Softwaregeeks
