“The service and delivery are second to known. My only criticism is that because I'm a computer novice I found some of the instructions quite hard to understand when it came installing the software.”

“At first I was very unsure whether this website was genuine and surprised that the company was selling genuine products. So after reading all the reviews and the company FAQ I decided to take a chance. I am very glad I did. I bought the Windows 10 pro and recieved the product key straight away, all genuine. I have been running the Windows 10 a little over a week and no problems. I contacted software geek to receive the product key via email and their response was very quick. I have now booked marked this website. Definitely recommend buying from this site.”

“Excellent! I wanted to upgrade my vista OS to windows 7 Premium with as little effort as possible and to keep my current programs and files. I emailed softwaregeeks team who replied within 20mins to advise the upgrade would keep my files. great. I purchased the windows 7 product and within minutes I received the install instructions & both 32bit & 64bit files to download. Upgrade was easy and well documented. Install completed all ok, but didn't register with the product key because I didn't receive one. I went to the website, opened the chat facility someone quickly responded, I asked them to share product key and gave them my order #... 2 mins later the product key was pasted into the chat window. I registered the licence while the person on the chat waited to ensure it went ok. Job Done :) I am well impressed. If only all IT services were are good as this :)”

“I'm always weary of buying digital download products online, after a previous bad experience, but I've had nothing but great service from here. The windows 7 product key was emailed within a few minutes along with instructions and links to download the files needed. To be honest, I wasn't after windows 7, but Microsoft are still offering windows 10 upgrades for free so a no brainer to buy windows 7 and then upgrade. I'm sure if I need anything else, I will definitely consider this site.”

“I have not been able to use the software I bought. The process is far too complicated for me to do for myself being a competent but mature computer user not a much younger "techie". I would like to be able to say it's fabulous, but it's not. Just money wasted as I still need to take it to the repairer to get it done.”

Hi Maxine, You purchased a Windows 7 license, which is what you received. We provide download links and full installation instructions upon purchase as an added extra, if needed.
