“Software works well and that is the most important thing. I just had to spend time checking how to activate Office10 after I had downloaded. As i am not use to technical side it took time. Software Geeks chat said couldnt help me which was disappointing.”

“The software was exactly what I required, it does what I wanted it to do. However the installation did not go as outlined in the instructions. They were obviously written by a geek for a geek. I am not a Computer geek and need ones help to complete the installation. Not unusual that this happens instructions should be written by a complete novice.”

“I purchased a copy and license for win7 home premium the software downloaded without difficulty and making a bootable DVD was no problem. Windows 7 then booted from the CD and could be installed. As I needed to do an upgrade install from Windows Vista Ultimate win7 install refused ("upgrade not allowed") but by looking on the web I found a solution which involved changing the registry so that win7 install thought the system was a windows 7 system (!!). Software Geeks might possibly have included a pointer for that. The other problem was that the license code they supplied was not valid; however they quickly provided a replacement that worked.”

“Having bought a Windows 7 DVD from elsewhere that failed I was sceptical about trying a download, but the download and install was simple. I had to get in touch to get further instructions to activate my Windows 7, but I got a quick reply with instructions that worked first time. Good price, good service, laptop successfully upgraded, can't ask for more. Thank You.”

“The good is for you the software is no good i put it in my computer and it killed every thing screen went black couldn't get it to go had to send it to the doctors its still being fixed.”
