“Got a Windows 10 Pro key emailed to me with full instructions in 2 minutes, very good service. The annoyance was pretty much down to Microsoft as their media creation tool installed Windows 10 Home edition on my machine which would not activate with the key I received. Software Geeks instructions provided a workaround but I preferred to find an actual Windows 10 Pro ISO online and install that way which worked perfectly. For the price I think it is great value for money but can see why more inexperienced users can run into problems and then complain in the reviews!”

“Good prices , fairly straightforward and excellent response to pre purchase semi technical enquiry . I did find the locating of the activation code not clear until the receipt arrived and which software link to click you had to read carefully . Perhaps on the Home page you should say in BIG letters " You will be sent an email with download Links , click on the one appropriate to you operating system and within the receipt attached to the same email one will be the activation code "”

“Fantastic website, have bought Windows 10 Pro from them twice now and have had no problems for over a year. I would rate 5 stars but I didn't get an email of my key, though the key shows on screen after payment so really, it is 5 stars.”
