“Have been receiving socks from SockGeeks for nearly 3 years. Up until the last couple of pairs the quality has been great, recently they have become thinner and don’t feel as good as they used to. Designs remain great, but please bring back the previous level of quality.”

“First pair of socks look really good quality and the design is great just what I wanted for my gift to a friend. I asked for a gift comment which wasn't what I expected as it’s just on the delivery details I was expecting it to be on a nice gift card. I ordered them two weeks before I needed the first pair I’m hoping the second pair doesn’t arrive direct to my friend before I give him the first pair. No indication when they will be expected. First pair arrived promptly and beautifully wrapped (except no gift card). Will definitely recommend to friends with warnings about the above.”

“Website was super easy to navigate However I couldn’t work out how to see all of the sock designs in the subscription allocated to my options. Still happy and can’t wait for my brother in law to receive very one.”

Hi Bryony, Huge apologies for the oversight on your recent re-subscription. We're usually really good at making sure we check the previous designs sent but this one must have slipped through the net as a renewal somehow. Maybe the change of address did it - I'm not sure. But please be assured we do usually check subscriptions for previous designs sent. I will of course arrange for a replacement to go into the post for you ASAP so you can eagerly await the new pair arriving early next week. “Almost great!? Some of the socks have only lasted a short time and one pair the inner stitching was so tight I only wore them once and discarded I love the monthly delivery and the style and will not let maybe 3 pairs out of the whole subscription so far have too great an impact scoring you guys high”
