“I suppose I expected nicer packaging, as it's to be given as a gift. I couldn't see anything on the website that says what the socks are made of, and they do seem a bit heavy on the man made fibres. Look nice though.”

“SockGeek has fabulous customer service! I had ordered many pairs of socks and when I received the package, there was a hole/slit in it. The slit was just the right size for a pair of socks with packaging to fall out. I immediately reached out to SockGeek and although I couldn't call them (no number posted), my email was responded to within 10 minutes by "Mark" (who needs a toll free number if the email is handled so efficiently). He was able to get the two pairs of socks replaced, and within three days, I had my socks!! I will definitely be a repeat customer!”

“I can't recommend SockGeeks highly enough - intact, I have been recommending it to everyone over the last few months. I won't lie, I signed my sock-loving dad up for a subscription at Christmas as a bit of a joke. I thought it would amuse him, but little did I know it would be one of the best presents I've ever bought. The joy he gets every month when his socks arrive is so special. And he loves the cards that describe the design process and thought behind the socks. I get excited photos sent to me each month! It really is a gift that keeps in giving. And perfect for those men in our lives that are hard to shop for!”

“It's such a shame for the socks to be packaged in bubble wrap. I'm trying really hard to buy gifts for people that are useful and which don't involve needless waste - I honestly thought I was safe with socks; but no, you packaged them in the most ridiculous plastic wrapping. Couldn't you use an envelope with a hard cardboard back? Love the socks though!”
