Hi Carlotta I'm really sorry you didn't receive some of your pairs - we use Royal Mail to dispatch our socks, and whilst it rarely happens, occasionally they can misplace post in their system! We have a no quibble replacement policy, so if you ever receive a pair you don't like, you just have to let me know and I would select and send you a different pair! “Sizes are way to large and quality is very poor. First few pair of socks were very nice, but after that just a big dissapointment.”

Hi Vytaute Thanks for your review - I'm really sorry you haven't like some of our socks. All our socks are one-size, designed to fit Mens sizes 7-11 UK / 41-46 EU - so unfortunately if you are smaller than a 7 UK size then they are going to be too big! Also, if you ever receive a pair that you don't like, you just need to send me an email to let me know and I would select another pair for you - we have a no quibble replacement policy so you just have to email me: harry@sockgeeks.co.uk I look forward to hearing from you, Harry.

“i love receiving the monthly package, each month i forget and its a great surprise to recieve. the quality of each is great (and much better than Happy socks which ive now stopped buying) - my only niggle would be that they could use some brighter colours. they are all dark designs, summer is here! bring on the bright summer palate!”

“I thought the sock designs were pretty cool and unique but the recipient didn't like the designs sent so much, which suprised me as he likes socks. Also he felt some were tighter fitting and difficult to get on. Sock quality was poor also, didn't feel like they were anything special to wear. So sadly, although i liked the christmas cracker presentation for the first and following deliveries, we wouldn't buy again. Kellie”

Hi Kellie Thanks for your review. I'm really sorry that your gift recipient wasn't a fan. We have a no quibble replacement policy, so if he ever received a pair that he didn't like or that was too tight, he just needs to email me at harry@sockgeeks.co.uk to let me know and I will select and send him another pair! He can also take the personality quiz for himself to make sure the designs are a closer match to the sort of thing he is looking for - often when someone does the quiz on behalf of someone else, the results are not always the same! “Good but I think 2-3 pairs of socks a month would be more acceptable for the money. £20 is a lot of money for 3 pairs of socks x”
