“I ordered a sock subscription as a Christmas present first my husband. The first pair of socks arrived in time to wrap and put in his stocking. He loved the concept but I think I went too bold when I filled in the personality quiz. The second pair arrived last weekend and confirmed my fears - too bold. I emailed Harry at Sock Geeks and got a response within 24 hours. They were more than happy to switch us to a different style, they are replacing the two pairs we’ve already received and said to keep the two too ‘bold’ pairs. Wonderful customer service and a great business!”

“I would like to retract my previous review as I managed to reach sock geeks through Instagram and since they have been very fast and efficient with responding and explained it was a delay at the post office which is no way their fault! Brilliant service”
