“There was full communication through the whole process. Delivery was promt and the tracking meant that I didn't need to be in all day. The Snüz mattress is of a great quality and fits perfectly. Second time buying from Snüz and both have been great.”

“We ordered our Snuz Pod on Sunday 26th March. Allegedly it was going to be delivered on Thursday 30th March but the driver didn't knock on our door or leave a card and then again on Friday 31st March. A week after we ordered we still haven't received our Snuz Pod. Very concerning as our baby is due imminently and we've spent over £200. I need someone from Snuz Pod or U.K. Mail to sort this out because we're extremely frustrated. If I ever receive my Snuz Pod I'll happily review again.”

“I ordered the Snuzpod and bedding sets to go with it. It arrived quickly and I received delivery updates beforehand. The product was well packaged and the wood seems to be excellent quality. I was impressed with the product and very excited once it was assembled. I was however disappointed that I had to clean the white fabric insert as it had red marks on the inside of every corner which I discovered once it was assembled. This did come off with a quick sponge. Also I was a little disappointed that the logo badge appears to be upside down. This was not a cheap product and it does seem to be made from quality materials, however little finishing touches seem to be going uncared for.”

“Looks great and very practical for use attached to the bed. Excellent build quality. The mesh side panel is very handy for checking on baby. The basinette is not easy to transport around the home as it heavy and rather large.”

“We bought the snuzpod several months ago during a sale. It came with a mattress made from natural materials. Our now six week old baby did not like the mattress--and rightfully so. It was so hard and lost its shape within a couple weeks. By chance, we came across a snuzpod in a shop and decided to feel the mattress. We noticed it was much softer. We asked someone in the shop about it and he said the new foam mattress came with the snuzpod 2. They didn't sell the mattress separately so we ordered directly from snuz. It arrived quickly and we're very pleased. We haven't even had it a week and our baby has had a couple six hour sleeps in it at night! She doesn't fuss like she did before and is comfortable enough to settle in it on her own. I would've given five stars if it wouldn't have been for the old natural mattress having been so cheap and uncomfortable for our little one and then having to spend more money for the new mattress.”

“Excellent customer service from Emma and a super fast delivery to Spain . All very good until........ However disappointed that one of the elements on the construction fell out of the hole that it sits in. I have attached a photo. I think this is really dangerous and I hope you review this component and the fixture. kind regards Louise”

“We couldn't test the Snüzpod and associated products with a baby yet (still a few weeks to wait...), but we are already really happy with our purchase. The Snüzpod assembly was mostly easy, with clear instructions. A few parts gripped a little, especially the long metal rods that go through the fabric at the top. Given that one of them has to be removed and put back often if you alternate between co-sleeping position and the two other usages, this point could be improved. Other than that, the quality looks good, and we already got compliments about it. A minor complaint is that we could not chose which type of mattress to include with the Snüzpod, we wanted the natural one and now have two mattresses because the Snüzpod comes with the standard mattress anyway. But we are happy that we ordered the natural mattress anyway, because it is firmer than the standard version. The bed linens are very cute and look like good quality. The mattress protector could be improved with elastic straps at the corners, so that it remains always well stretched on the mattress. Finally we are really happy with customer service who answered our questions (sent via the contact form on the website) very quickly before our purchase.”

“UK Mail - for the delivery - were very poor. We had messages on 3 separate days saying they would deliver that did not transpire. Our address is a 24/7 concierge so it could be delivered anytime and we did not reschedule once. After my three email enquires that they closed each without consultation, they delivered.”
