“Snuz are our favourite sleeping bags for our baby. They are really good quality, a lovely thickness and have lots more room inside them for our baby to move around and stretch out compared to other brands such as Tomee Tipee which we find to be quite restrictive.”

“Wrong order (my fault!) I bought the wrong mattress for a Snuz pod 2 when I have a Snuz pod 3. Despite it being the September bank holiday weekend (& not expecting any response), customer services refunded me immediately and cancelled my order. Very speedy customer service.”

“Love this product! My baby dose not like to be swaddled but gets cold very easily. The sleeping bag keep her nice and warm but give her freedom to wriggle when she wants to. Very good quality and the opening is very useful for night time changes to not disturb my baby as much.”

“Customer service at Snuz has been outstanding. Thank you to Lou who quickly sorted out an issue regarding my Snuz Mattress. She organised to send me a new mattress and replacement cot panels and I received them all within 1 working day. I have been overwhelmed by the service!
