“Absolutely fantastic. I feel my phone is very protected with the cover on. The edging makes for a good grip too when holding the phone. The stand is a bit challenging to get out as my nails don’t fit in the gap to pull it out. But it’s getting easier. The stand does work well though once it’s out. I love the colour. Very unusual and frequently commented upon. The gold initials really set the cover off. Totally in love with the cover and would highly recommend.”

“Lovely, good quality wallet & would have given 5 stars but just wish it had been made clear this is suede which I didn’t want because in my opinion it will look worn in no time!! Would have much preferred leather so disappointed!!!”

Hi Ray, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback, and again we're so sorry to hear that you haven't received your order. As mentioned in my colleague Liza's previous email from Thursday 1st December, if you hadn't received your order by Friday 2nd December, we offered to process a fully tracked replacement order for you. Apologies if you did not receive this! Please do accept our apologies again on behalf of Royal Mail for the delay with your order arriving. The strike action on 24th, 25th, 30th November and 1st December, as well as upcoming strikes this week & next week, have caused us no end of grief and has also caused frustration for our customers too. I can only apologise for any inconvenience. We do offer UPS as an alternative to Royal Mail at the checkout stage of our website so I can only apologise if this was missed. Please be assured that we are not trying to make excuses, however we do have to wait a certain amount of time before we can deem an order as officially 'lost in transit' with Royal Mail, which is standard practice for most online retail companies. Again, we are very happy to send you a replacement at this stage as enough time has passed, and we can certainly send this with UPS to ensure that you receive your order within 1-2 working days. “My last Snakehive case was expensive but lasted 3 x years so was good value for money. When I changed phones I recently bought a new one. Unfortunately it’s not so good as the front of the case is not flat - instead it’s bevelled so doesn’t protect my phone as it should due to the gaps at both ends.”

Your new Vintage Leather Wallet is hand-crafted from genuine nubuck leather, and like all good things, it will take a little bit of time and use for the leather to stretch. Please be assured that this is totally to be expected for a new leather product. The leather will begin to stretch & soften over a short amount of time and with regular use so that the cover will lie flat against the screen. We would recommend placing a card into each card slot which will allow the leather to stretch & use the case as you normally would.
