“I have 3 cases for note 10+(2) and iphone12 pro max. The cases are wonderful. I returned the case for s22 ultra because desnt protect the phone on the back and dosnt look good at all. I hope you will stop producing cases like the one for s22 ultra”

“Since finding snakehive a few years ago I will not use any other phone cover it allows protection and place for my cards. The only reason I bought a new one is that I changed my phone, my old case has been handed down to my grandson with still loads of life in it”

“This is my 2nd Snakehive phone wallet. I love not having to make sure I've got both my phone and wallet. When I pick up my Snakehive I've got everything I need to leave the house. The saddest part of getting a new phone is saying goodbye to my old and still beautiful wallet. The new one is beautiful too just not as soft, broken in and familiar. I sure it will eventually.”

Hi Dan, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review following our recent correspondence. For the sake of our other customers, I do wish to clarify that we have not denied you a refund for your order, and we have responded to all of your correspondence quickly & politely. Whilst I understand that you may not be satisfied with the design of your case, we would not deem the condition of your case to be defective or faulty, so we are therefore unable to fund return postage for your case. We do hope to introduce a free return service for our customers in the future, but we're not quite there just yet! Our Vintage Leather Wallet is hand-crafted from genuine nubuck leather, it will take a little bit of time and use for the leather to stretch. This is completely to be expected for a new leather product, which you may also be able to verify from reading some of our other customer reviews. Imagine a brand new pair of leather shoes, they just require a bit of breaking in! The leather will begin to stretch & soften over a short amount of time and with regular use so that you can close the case fully and with ease. If you would prefer to return your case to us for a refund, you are very welcome to by following the instructions in our previous correspondence.
