“I always buy from Snakehive, it a quality product that never lets you down. This time it was for the iPhone 13 Promax, and the fit was perfect. I would have preferred a clear phone holder to show off the phone colour but this was a minor personal preference. The reason for the one star removal was that the camera lens did not have all round protection, the camera being one of the many reasons for buying this phone. I appreciate it is a design issue but I have had to purchase a lens protection cover to make sure the lens does not catch on anything. (it fits perfectly with the case and looks the business). I have to say that despite this I would definitely buy this Snakehive cover again, it is still the best on the market for the price.”

Hi Katharine, Thank you so much for taking the time to get in touch with your feedback following your recent purchase. We designed our Apple iPhone 13 Mini Vintage Leather Wallet with a little extra material in the spine compared to previous models. This is to help eliminate the case becoming too bulky once cards & cash are inserted into the wallet. Over time and with regular use, this leather will soften and will lay flatter against the inner phone holder. Your new Vintage Leather Wallet is hand-crafted from genuine nubuck leather, and like all good things, it will take a little bit of time and use for the leather to stretch. The leather & magnetic clasp will begin to stretch & soften over a short amount of time and with regular use so that you can use the card & cash slots fully functionally and also close the case with ease. I have already passed your comments on to our product development team to consider for future designs going forward. I can confirm that all of our Vintage Leather Wallets for the Apple iPhone 13 Mini are designed this way so I'm not sure that a replacement would help to resolve this. However, we would definitely recommend continuing to use the case as the leather will absolutely begin to soften. “After a long search for a genuine leather case for my new phone I eventually found the snakehive company. There products looked to be exactly what I was after and so I placed my order delivery was swift and the case was without doubt the best I have ever seen quality is second to none the fit is perfect and I am sure it will last and protect the phone for many years . So good in fact that I purchased a second case for my wife's phone well done Snakehive on delivering a top quality product at a competitive price”
