“I have used Snake hive cases for the last 3 phones and this case is by far the worst ( 13mini ) , they have made it too big and they won’t refund me as i have used it , in my eyes it is not fit for purpose and as soon as your cards get loose in the slots you will be loosing your cards , also with it being so big it’s annoying to get in pocket , i won’t be buying another from snake hive”

Hi Jonathan, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback and again I'm so sorry that you're not completely happy with your iPhone 13 Mini Vintage Leather Wallet! Due to the small size of the Apple iPhone 13 Mini, we listened to our customer feedback and designed our Vintage Leather Wallet for this model with a little extra material in the spine compared to previous models. This is to help eliminate the case becoming too bulky once cards & cash are inserted into the wallet. We offer a 30 day returns policy for any unwanted items, and we would have been very happy to accept a return on your order within this timeframe if the case was in an unused condition. We did also offer to extend your return timeframe by a week, as you contacted us once this window had expired. However, we're sadly unable to accept returns for used items. I do hope that you can understand our position with this! For peace of mind, we offer a 12 month manufacturing warranty on all of our cases, in the unlikely event that you should encounter any issue with your case. However, whilst I understand that you're not satisfied with the design, we would not deem the design of the case as a manufacturing fault. “I purchased a Samsung S22 Ultra mobile phone and wanted a cover for it. I went through numerous products reviews using Google when I came across Snakehive. I read various comments concerning the wallet and decide to purchase a Vintage Leather Wallet for the Ultra phone. Also I added my Initials to make the wallet personal to me. On the order it said it could take up to 4 days for delivery which I was happy with. To my surprise the Wallet arrived with 24 hours. The wallet has exceed my expectations, it is so well made, leather is soft. I can access all the functions of the Ultra with no problems. First class product.”

“Very good quality product indeed, there are cheaper phone covers, but it’s worth paying more for the right one. Excellent leather and l can’t recommend it high enough. Lovely green colour too.Lovely in every sense. First class. lf l never need a new one l know where to come.Thank you.”

“I have to say I loved the case for my Note 20 Ultra, so I purchased from snakehive again for my S22 Ultra. Unfortunately, I am not as impressed with the case for the S22 Ultra. The phone comes out easier than I would like for one. The actual phone frame is visible on top and bottom of the snakehive case holder as if the plastic formed case is slightly to large. Additionally, the flip cover has a tendency to not lay flat on the screen and likes to slip away from the edge of the screen, thereby not protecting the screen very well. The leather smells reat and sewing looks top notch. While I would love to recommend this case, for as much as it costs and shipping, I expected better.”
