“It was not what I expected. I emailed company and was told that you did not have the type of case I thought I was receiving. Therefore, I will use this one until I am ready to spend money again to receive the versatile type of case I though I ordered.”

Hi Almarie, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback following your recent purchase with us! As explained in our recent correspondence, unfortunately we do not manufacture cases that clip in to place when the front cover is folded to the back of the case. This feature is not shown on our website or on any of our advertisements, so we can only apologise for any misunderstanding. However, once your phone case has had time to soften you should be able to secure the case open with the magnetic clasp. We can only apologise for any misunderstanding. “Recently bought a wallet for a Samsung Galaxy S21. Unfortunately bought the wrong model and not an FE. The wallet was exchanged without hesitation and in only a matter of a couple of days. Excellent service and very much appreciated. 5 star product and service.”
