Hi Ben, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review and again I'm ever so sorry to hear that you're not completely satisfied with your Snakehive experience! We listened to customer feedback and introduced the stand function feature to our Vintage Leather Wallets from the iPhone 7 onwards, so if you had one of our iPhone 6/6s or iPhone 5/5s cases, the entire inner phone holder would have been adhered to the inside of the wallet. I do apologise if this wasn't exactly what you were expecting with your iPhone 12 Mini case! Your new Vintage Leather Wallet is hand-crafted from genuine nubuck leather, and like all good things, it will take a little bit of time and use for the leather to stretch. We'd recommend continuing to use the case as I'm sure you will get used to this once the leather starts to stretch and become more supple. We wouldn't suggest making any amendments to your case as this may void our 12 month manufacturing warranty however if you did want to adhere the rest of the inner phone holder to the inside of the wallet, you could perhaps use a small amount of leather glue to do this. Again, we wouldn't recommend doing this, however I do understand if this would make using the case more enjoyable for you! “Very pleased with my new case( this is my 2nd for a new phone) and I had excellent customer care who notify me as soon as it was in stock The only thing I would say it that the leather inside is very orange in colour which in my opinion makes it look cheap but apart from that Im pleased how well it is made.”

“I purchased the iPhone 11 vintage leather case, the quality of materials used,workmanship, fit and finish are first class. There are cheaper cases out there but they definitely aren't made to the standard of this one.”

“Well made case. Looks good. Stand works well and is convenient. Only minor gripe, which I am not sure is a problem with the charger or the cover itself, is that wireless charging in the car doesn't work with the cover on. Would need to remove the cover to charge the phone wirelessly”
