“I ordered a vintage leather case for a Samsung S21 FE before the release date of the phone. I called Customer Services to see if they could give me a delivery date and I was dealt with promptly and with good humour. I was pleasantly surprised when the case arrived only a couple of days after my phone, a week before it was promised! As expected, it fitted perfectly. I had my old Samsung S8 for nearly four years, always in a Snakehive case. When I upgraded the S8 was in mint condition without a mark, true testament to the quality of Snakehive.”
