“I’ve had Snakehive phone Cases since I’ve had my iPhone 12 Pro which I’ve had over 3 years now and Snakehive Cases are with out a shadow of a doubt the best Case I’ve ever owned , the Quality of the Leather and the case is just Excellent , my last case lasted me 3 years inc being used on Building sites at work in all weathers and has still lasted to this day , I just brought a new leather Snakehive case to replace the old one and what can I say apart from it’s just Quality , these Cases are worth every penny in my opinion “Fantastic Cases and Product “⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Just ordered my third vintage leather wallet for iphone. I love these cases, will never use any other case. They are good quality and durable - have bought replacements only due to change of phone size. Delivery was very fast, and very reasonably priced. Can’t fault product or company.”

“The screen protector I purchased didn't work on my phone. My touch screen wouldn't work properly at all. Despite the instructions to attach it being rubbish and not tallying with the tools provided in the pack, I spent time researching how to attach it online. The protector was fitted correctly in the right place with no air bubbles, but the thickness of the glass seemed to desensitise my touch screen. I've now taken it off and thrown it away - complete waste of money.”

“I'd used a Snakehive vintage leather wallet on my last iPhone, so when I changed phones, I needed a new case but only because Apple changed the phone size. Nothing wrong with the wallet whatsoever. It's still working fine. If your phone lasts long enough, you'll experience a wonderful patina developing on these Snakehive wallets over a few years of use. Now I'll have to start over again ... I've passed the original Snakehive to my mother in law and she's absolutely delighted with it. She told me that she can remember when things were made to last. Luckily, a few things still are. You'll see if you buy one of these. Customer service ... Again, top marks. I had a colourway query and the answer came back the same morning. A very friendly real life human doing the right thing for customers – you know, like actually answering the question. Old school, in a good way. Delivery – perfect – arrived next day, well packaged. Hats off to Royal Mail too on that. Price – hmm, around the cost of a takeaway but probably a little better for you.”

“Desigmed to fail at magnetic latch. All other threads strong, lat h threads fell apart after just over a year. They state normal wear, rest of case in great shape, never got wet or hard use. Leather belts,shoes,coats last for years because they use the proper type of thread for a moving piece. This item uses cheap wro g thread amd when it fails as planned they offer a few percent off a replacement. Alot of money for not much more than a years use.”

Furthermore, we have launched a redesigned version of the magnetic clasp as we love actioning customer feedback. We're sorry to hear you've been disappointed. We understand completely where you're coming from and we empathise. As our policy stands at the moment we do offer a standard 12-month manufacturing warranty and for some of our newer models we offer a 25-year warranty and a 2-year warranty. Regretfully anything beyond that does classify as normal wear and tear depending on the use of the case by each individual. We do wish we could be of more help here. It is our understanding that the Customer Care team in an effort to rectify our relationship offered you 2 discounts, an initial discount which is part of our policy and then upgraded that discount significantly as a gesture of goodwill. However we do appreciate this is not the solution you wanted and again, we do wish we could be of more help here. If in the future you upgrade to one of our models covered by our 25-year lifetime warranty please rest assured this won't happen again. We truly wish we haven't lost you as a customer. “My new Sakehive phone cover has just arrived and I have to say the quality is lovely. Feels very robust and the fit for the phone feels very secure. Delivery was next day so you can't really get much better than that.”
