“This is the second year that I have used Smartwater Testing. Booking the test was straightforward and the kit arrived in good time. There was some confusion about the courier pick-up, despite the test kit having been collected I received a further two or three emails saying that it hadn't. However, once the lab had received the test kit I had an email confirming receipt and the results were sent in good time.”

“Friendly and professional. Easy to do. Only issue was understanding how to get the certificate. I’d have preferred it to have been emailed without having to try and navigate the website. Other than that though, all good”

“Recieved the testing kits which was straight forward to use. Disappointed with the collection service - had no communication to say it was being collected or that it had been. I left it on the doorstep on the off chance they took it which luckily they did but I had no idea and neither did the help support when I asked them. Results came back quickly.”

“Kit arrived. Simple to use and sent it off as instructions. Got a mail to say the certificate could be downloaded. Had problems downloading but a phone call sorted it out and I got it emailed to me”

“Test kits were sent out promptly. Instructions were clear. Results were fed back in 14 days as promised. Well done. We had ordered email copies of the test certificate, rather than paper copies but had difficulty opening these on screen. We managed it eventually. This may be down in some part to limited operator computer skills”
