“Kit arrived. Simple to use and sent it off as instructions. Got a mail to say the certificate could be downloaded. Had problems downloading but a phone call sorted it out and I got it emailed to me”

“Test kits were sent out promptly. Instructions were clear. Results were fed back in 14 days as promised. Well done. We had ordered email copies of the test certificate, rather than paper copies but had difficulty opening these on screen. We managed it eventually. This may be down in some part to limited operator computer skills”

Hi Carly, I can see that reset emails are being sent to you. They may have landed in your junk folder? You can also use OTP (One Time Password) to login. Please let me know if you still have issues and I will resolve for you.

“I informed the company that I had undertaken the sampling and booked the courier. (Booked before noon). I was told that the samples would be collected that day. I was a bit anxious when I was informed the following morning that the samples had not been collected. When I reported this, I was told simply that the courier must have run out of time and indeed the samples were collected were collected later that day. However, I just think it would be useful to have been made aware that it was not crucial to the testing process as to when the collection took place. Otherwise, having used Smartwater testing for some years, I have overall found them to be reliable and efficient.”

“Process from order to sampling to result was very good. Obtaining certificate via appalling website resulted in bypassing system and asking for an e mail version. Raising an account and providing order number and account number was not recognised on the site.”

“Website is easy to use and the sample bottle was sent promptly. However the collection by a courier was poor. Driver didn't turn up on the day requested, so I had to contact smartwater , and then another time/date was rearranged.Rather inconvenient as I work from home.”
