“Straightforward and easy to use - does what it says on the tin. Not quite sure of the benefits of sending samples from 4 sources in one bottle if problem detected. Would this then mean having to submit 4 seperate tests to isolate the offending source?”

Thanks Simon. The logic for bulk testing; experience tells us that detecting Legionella bacteria is highly unlikely (we've had 6 positive results from thousands of tests so far this year) so from a cost perspective we bulk test in the first instance. You are correct that if anything is detected we would need to retest each outlet to isolate the offending outlet but this is so rare we bulk test to keep costs down for our customers.

“Testing kit arrived efficiently and sample take as per instructions. Only thing that let it down was I wasn’t told when they were coming to collect the sample which meant it was slightly delayed by having to be collected another day”

“Once connected the process was simple enough with chat line to clarify anything. gratifying to receive the negative (no Legionella) result and reassure users of the church. however I guess we are hooked now in another year. But if we are regularly using the premises it is not likely to be an issue. Like many other systems you will be inviting us for a further test. . As a small community it has been a huge cost with other covid measures. Thank you anyway for making the test happen.”

“The actual process of collecting samples was fine, instructions clear and collection by courier was excellent. I am giving 4 stars on that basis. Dropped a star as they initially packed the wrong consignment - some other site's package came to me and mine went to the other site. Simple mistake to make - they just put the consignment in the wrong box. I phoned them up and they remedied and I got a replacement kit by First Class post the very next day. So all good.”

“The service was quick and efficient, however three couriers were sent to collect the sample and it had been collected the first time, I was then invoiced a £20 courier failure to collect fee. Although, when I contacted you it was rectified, cancelled and an apology made. Overall very happy with your service, thanks again.”
