“The service was quick and efficient, however three couriers were sent to collect the sample and it had been collected the first time, I was then invoiced a £20 courier failure to collect fee. Although, when I contacted you it was rectified, cancelled and an apology made. Overall very happy with your service, thanks again.”

“I contacted Smartwater Testing Ltd at short notice to have ten water samples tested for Legionella. They sent me out some sample bottles & everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company & will use them again.”

“I found the service to be very good in most areas. The delivery of the kit and instructions were very good. The picking up of the samples was excellent. The notification of the result and the link to our certificate was efficient. It was st this point I had problems. My password was not recognised despite my device remembering it. Send for a password reset then, yes but no reset email was received. Later when I got home there was a password reset email. It had expired though! Later I received another and at last this worked and I was able to log on and print our certificate. Apart from that you provided a good service and we look forward to using you again in 12 months.
