“I am very, very happy with it and am finally learning how to use my phone. It is very helpful. If I had any complaint it is when there are pictures of some of the keys they are not clear enough to see which key they are talking about. That is minor. I am so happy I ordered from you.”

“I recently updated my mobile to a Galaxy A22, which only came with basic instructions, so I needed a more comprehensive description. Although I am used to Galaxy mobiles, the newer ones have more apps on them and the cameras have more operations. Hence the need for the printed manual. Very good service and I am really pleased with it.”

“Gave the manual to a smart phone "challenged" friend. He had been trying to make his phone work by speaking to various techs on his landline and following directions - to no avail. He read the manual, followed the directions for the areas that he needed, and his phone WORKS! Thank You!”
