“Other than switching the power on, I found it lacking in how to navigate as I have never had one before Maybe it is something to do with my age/ability. Delivery of manual was fast though.”

“I haven't read it through properly yet but it easily solved my immediate problem As this 'phone was described as good for Seniors ( I am 83 with little experience of Smartphones) and the Owners Manual was 'Online' I found it very difficult to read the very small print. I am happy to be able to refer to this paper manual if I get another problem.”
