“I have had quite a few manuals from OTC Ltd. over the years and each one, like this last one, have been very well made and the response times have all been excellent. They have also been very helpful recently in trying to locate a manual for my Blackview N6000 mobile, unfortunately this manual just does not exist even on Blackviews website. OTC have always provided me with an excellent service and I would have no hesitation in using them again and reccommending them to anyone else looking for a phone or camera manual.”

“It is a very helpful manual and has answered a lot of my questions on the operation of my phone. Thankyou for providing this service. You would think that after you get robed of $1300 to sometimes over $2000 for a item, they could add the operating manual along like they did so long ago before greed set in.”

“Not everybody wants (or likes) to have to go on line to read instructions on something they just purchased. Some folks like hard copies of manuals to fall back on as needed. This company fills that need.”
