“Hi, I have just started reading this manual about my smart phone and I find it interesting and easy to follow. It seems to have everything in it that I need to know and I am keen to get on with it. I am going to order another manual for a friend of mine very soon.”

“Not everybody wants (or likes) to have to go on line to read instructions on something they just purchased. Some folks like hard copies of manuals to fall back on as needed. This company fills that need.”

“I received the Manual on time and in excellent condition. I have since been using it and have leared a lot. Usually I find out via the webbsite but I can now consult the Manual. The only thing I found was that it did'nt include Whatsapp instructions and guidance,but no real problem, I can still consult a website for any advice there. Many thanks for an excellent manual. “Hello Jeff The presentation of the Smartphone-Manual could be so much improved if it was printed in a larger Font (Print)) to benifit oder peaple like me (I'm 90 ) Speaking personaly I would have been preapared to pay a modest increase in purchase price for larger AAprint In fact I did send you an email after I had placed my order and asked you if I could receive my manual in a large print format but you failed to reply to my email So I can live with the manual you have suppliedbut it has influenced the level of my marking to acceptableas opposed to very good.
