“I have bought a few of these manuals and always been pleased with the service. My only criticism of the latest one is the font appears to be smaller and somewhat fainter than previously”

“An excellent and very comprehensive manual. It appears to cover all my phone's features. If I have a criticism; the font is rather small & faint, makes reading it difficult for us Seniors !”

“I have only had the manual for a couple of weeks. the phone is second hand. I have not got a clue how it works. I am 81 years old. I will take my time over the coming weeks. The only thought that occurs to me is that the printing is small, and at times I have to use a magnifying glass. Thank you for your interest. If you have any advice, I shall be pleased to receive it.”

“When they arrived they were as good as always, delivery was very slow this time. I did try and chase my delivery but didn't receive a response. To be fair the delivery arrived later that day so all's well that ends well”

“Much easier to make adjustments to settings etc if you can read instructions as you make the adjustments. But do miss ability to jump to an associated page.”

“Having upgraded my phone to a one with a lot more features, a manual is a must, so I can benefit from them all . It's okay downloading a manual to a tablet but it's not that easy to find what you want on the tablet whilst using the phone. A printed version is so much easier and allows you to underline items which you will use time and time again. A minor niggle, and it is minor, is the A5 size is a shade small and the print could be bolder. That said, service was excellent and would certainly use again.”

“Print slightly feint, and may have been better in A4, however, I'm very pleased I bought it and find it much better to use than trying to follow the instructions on laptop. I recommend it as a guide to anybody who like me has not used a smart phone before.”

“Its great to be able to buy the manual and not to have to print off - a ring binder style edge would make it much easier to use though. I had to take off the binder and hole punch in to an A5 ringbinder for my elderly Mum - you need to have it open to then use with the phone - this would make it excellent, a cooler front as advertised?”
