“As it happens my purchase started badly with no acknowledgement or contact for 5 days. I contacted Smart Cellular and this prompted immediate action and the inclusion of a pair of smart ear buds. The iPhone was described as Pristine and indeed it was and the packaging and delivery from Ireland was faultless and on time, except the Post Office did not deliver on the day but the next! I am delighted with the end result which included a new lead. Communication from the outset is important for customer confidence including an outline time frame to delivery. My wife will in short time bin her current iPhone 7 and I will contact this company once more for a suitable replacement.”
