“Found them to be really professional/knowledgable. Customer service after-sales is exceptionally quick and easy. Delivery next day and tracked. I had such a good experience that I returned a year later to buy from them again. I'll probably make this my first stop if I want to buy Sonos again. Note: The "You Tube" tech reviews are also very good.”

“First time I have used Smart Home Sounds and with the service I have received so far it won’t be the last. A call to discuss the Sonos system I was looking at gave me all the information I needed to go ahead with my purchase. Online videos are excellent for extra help if needed knowing help is always there at the end of a phone call. Will be using you again in the future.”

“Customer Service 10 thumbs up ! My weekend Customer Service tech. were awesome. They tried to fix my problems via computer texting from Hugo which passed it on to Alfredo A both tried to help me and turned out to be a verizon router issue then i was introduced to Ana from Costa Rico who absoiutely hit it out of the park and helped me step by step to resolve my issue. She was amazing ! all 3 listened to me and never made me feel like I was asking to much from them. Problem was resolved and I even was helped how to navigate a few things on the app. 1 to 5 i recieved a 6”
