“It was eight days before an engineer came out to fix my washing machine. I would have hoped 2 to 4 days more acceptable. I also telephoned 5 times to see what was going on. Whilst the girls on the phone were very polite I was disappointed in the time it took.”

“On the online form I ticked the boxes for being contacted by : Email. SMS. Post. I did not tick the contact by phone. A few hours later an employee of yours rang and tried to sell us more insurance cover in a persistent manner.”
