called yesterday day for boler repair this morning had a message saying an engineer would call in 3 days to repair somone was out in 20 mins after calling for call back now i have been told 3 days for part to be ordered keep you posted on this will be calling back tuesday morning

Good price and cover but been trying to get a boiler service for 2 months. First excuse was it had been accidentally listed as completed and now engineer has gone sick. Never had a phone call, always chasing them

Surely when entering into an agreement on line with a password, that password should not be repeated in a telephone conversation. I did not take out the cover as I was very surprised by the lax approach to security.

All I wanted was to cover a sky q box. I wasn't told you couldn't cover it and it was only when I read the policy did I realise it wasn't covered

It was eight days before an engineer came out to fix my washing machine. I would have hoped 2 to 4 days more acceptable. I also telephoned 5 times to see what was going on. Whilst the girls on the phone were very polite I was disappointed in the time it took.

Wouldnt deal with company again. Very quick to take my money but not so quick to return it when I cancelled the next day. Took three weeks of chasing to get it back.

I completed the ‘order process’ but didn’t receive any email of confirmation from you. A couple of days later you take a significant amount of money from my account. Just as I’m about to call and complain an email comes through. The email looks dodgy but has my cover details attached. Highly recommend you do not take people’s money before sending them details of their cover.

Dear Ms Fulford. I apologise for the delay with your policy documents - I will investigate as to why this happened. The system is set up to automatically dispatch customers' documentation and I don't know why this did not occur in this instance. Regards, Simon.

I purchased cover for my washing machine as my last insurers were becoming quite lapse with their service and my premiums kept rising. However i have not received confirmation or documentation for my cover with yourselves - i would have rated higher if i was a full customer, i would like this confirmed please

I have had a policy for 2 weeks No email to confirm as suggested once I had paid for it Still no paperwork and 8 minutes to get through to talk to someone about my policy Girl I spoke to was very nice but very disappointed so far And I have to make another call to find out where my paperwork is so I can book my Service

How can I submit a review when all as I've done is sign up to insurance I haven't used them yet so unfortunately cannot comment on if they are good or not. Time will tell. Hence only a couple of stars as it won t let me post without it.

A month later and two phone calls, I'm still waiting for my insurance documents to come through the post. Took the money quick enough though. Perhaps someone could get it sorted as I am a new customer and first impressions are very important.

I phoned your office on Monday, about a refund, and the money has not arrived in my bank account yet, but I was promised that it would be dealt with immediately.

I had an email to say I phoned and cancelled my insurance, WHEN YOU KNOW FULL WELL I DIDN'T. I think it was a ploy just to get me to phone you. Yes I owe 19.98 which I was going to sort out until I got a letter, not email sorry, Saying I cancelled my insurance. I have said on numerous occasions I have 2 children with disabilities I can't come to the phone most of the time. But you seem to phone every 5 minutes hounding me. You know I will be in touch at some point. Or you could just take out a double payment when due next. I'm not happy at all,
