“I have just covered a few appliances and spoke to Bradley who was very helpful and polite.I was guided as where to find serial numbers etc on appliances and very happy with price given. Would def recommend, i found it quick and easy to set up the extended warranties i needed.”

“Have always been with Domestic and General, but because they didn't up hold to a price they quoted to me for 5 items in March, I decided to leave. Smart cover came up on the come up so I have gone with you. Bradley was extremely helpful and the process was pain free.”

“Absolute joke of a service! They say they will call you back but never do!! When you call them to lodge a complaint they say all managers are in a meeting and cannot be interrupted. Staff have no customer service skills whatsoever.”

I'm sorry you experienced difficulties. It appears that you reported a leak under the bath. The plumber went to the job and found that the issue had already been resolved. The bath required a new washer and was only leaking when the bath was full. This would not have been covered.
