“they were the only insurance company to ring me up after i took out a policy with them to make sure all my details were correct.they even asked me to confirm my name and address.when i asked them to tell me my name and address then i would confirm which they did. any other company who have asked me to confirm my details have told me i must tell them my details in which i say go and **** yourselfs”

“When I went to make a claim, i was told there was a 28 day after taking out policy, where I would have to pay a excess of £250. I cancelled my policy and was advised a refund would be issued. THAT WAS 3 MONTHS AGO!!! I am still waiting. I have spoken to numerous customer services who have told me, repeatedly, the refund it with finance, and even sent letters in but still no refund. Disgusting service, a company I would NEVER recommend”

“I have only just taken out a policy with smart insurance. It is difficult to say how happy I am because I have had no direct dealings with the customer service team. I think if I ever need to make a claim will be the time I should review my experience. I have only rated 3 stars for that reason.”
