“Oh my goodness, I rang the wrong number by mistake, and end up getting 2 item insured for £9.99 a month. I spoke with a delightful man call Prafin, who spoke to my like s friend not a number. After our chat, I rang the correct number to cancel my policy with D&G who want £7.25 for 1 item. Thank you Prafin for saving me money xxx”

“Just found this insurance company and have cover for some of our domestic appliances, the service is exceptional, we are very pleased with the sales staff mr kataria, explanation of all the items make it easy to understand and very professional ( I would give them a try)”

“I am extremely happy with my Smart Cover Insurance. I had an issue with my dishwasher a couple of months ago and it was sorted out in a highly efficient manner, much to my satisfaction. The advisor I spoke to originally in setting up the contract was a man by the name of Parvin. He was super helpful and very friendly. He also managed to secure me a favourable premium compared to many other insurers so I can honestly say that I would recommend Smart Cover Insurance without hesitation.”

“I rang about kitchen appliance cover, pravin was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He contacted me at the times we agreed to complete my order which gave me chance to think about the options he had given me. On our initial call Pravin gave me information about your home emergency cover, I was unsure how this compared to my existing product, again Pravin gave me all the options and answered all my questions and allowed me to think about it overnight so I could review my existing policy (which was elsewhere). I was really impressed with Pravins product knowledge and as a result of switching to smart cover I have saved over £350 annually for the appliance and home emergency cover”

“Was supposed to call Domestic and General as i cancelled my Direct Debit but came through to your company which i am very happy about. Got a cheaper deal and spoke to a great lad on phone, excellent service and great price.”
