“Home Emergency Cover has been a good purchase for me as it covers Plumbing & Drainage, Boiler Breakdown, Pests, Door Locks, Central Heating and electrical cover, phew all these under one home emergency policy, its a gud bargain. would recommend to all”

“I have been a Smart Cover customer for over couple of years now and I have always felt the call handlers are very helpful, very knowledgeable and friendly. Smart Cover have worked very hard to overcome my boiler breakdown issues and made sure that I am a happy customer . I would definitely recommend their service.”

“Got my washing machine repaired by Smart Cover as I had a washing machine cover policy from Smart Cover. Had a very bad noise in the drum when my washing machine used to run. I was told by the engineer it was a bearing issue and was replaced.”

“Burst pipes is a nightmare, unfortunately i had to go through it but fortunately i had Smart cover insurance which is Home Emergency. I called the customer support team and they were able to quickly send an engineer before it went worst. All sorted and taken care. excellent service, Thanks for the timely help.”
