“Great range of products at competitive prices, shame about the delivery charge which isn't obvious until you're at the checkout. Competitors often offer free delivery over £30.”

“Competitive pricing, fast dispatch and generally great experience except delivery company. I've lost 2 days and £££ just waiting for £60 parcel after receiving a text message that it will arrive but never did. Only received the parcel after calling delivery company and having to argue over it. It's not like I've missed the delivery, they never showed up, never left a note that they've been etc. I've given a good rating as Slims them self did as good job as they can but perhaps it's a time for different delivery firm.”

“Had it not been for Slim’s chosen courier (APC) refusing to leave my order in a safe place I would have received it next day and this would be a five star review. As it stands I am now waiting five days for delivery or three days before I collect from their local depot.”

“Great service just wish you would use a courier that offered leave with neighbour had to drive 14 mile to pick up parcel other than that the product is absolutely brilliant”

“Good, shame about the £5 delivery charge for a gift voucher unless you spend £70. Voucher arrived promptly but the small paper envelope the card arrived in was a bit tatty.”

“I came to Slims because they sold the Koch Chemie products I was looking for. Items arrived next day! Overall I was very impressed. I would have given five stars if it wasn’t for the fact that I missed out on the introductory 10% discount because, for some reason, the discount code went to my Junk box. Will definitely use again.”
