“Very pleased with the order process however it all went wrong after that. No notification that the parcel had been despatched. After I chased it up 3 days later was told that I had refused the delivery. Not true. Courier never attempted delivery. Parcel delivered next day damaged. Then after posting a query on your website I’m still waiting for an answer. This was my first experience using Slims Detailing and sorry to say not a happy one.”

“My first order, arrived quickly and well packed. My only minor criticism is that the courier notified me of my delivery slot about ten minutes before the start of the slot and then delivered in the first minute of the slot which meant I couldn't get home in time to take delivery”

“Delivery was great the prices were very good and the products are very good the dynax uc rust treatment I have used before and found to be excellent the c5 wheel sealant application was easy but have to wait and see if it performs.Fantastic service.Regards mr Gadd”

“After taking delivery of a new car I wanted to ensure that I had the right products to keep the car looking in top condition. Slims offer a great selection and has all of the Chemical Guys Hydro products I wanted in stock and at a good price. The process was smooth and delivery super quick arriving the next day. Overall impressed with the range and service. Will be using as my go to for car detailing supplies.”
