“I ordered a 5 litre container of valet pro snow foam, when received the container was damaged and I lost a few hundred ml and I had to epoxy the container to prevent further loss. The delivery box was labelled fragile liquid inside.”

“Slim’s Detailing is a no nonsense supplier of detailing goods at competitive prices, but only if buying above the £60 minimum spend to get the free delivery. Having said that, Amazon Prime offer ‘free’ delivery but load up the price to cover the postage, and if I had bought the same amount of items from Amazon the price was considerably higher than Slim’s Detailing. All items were quickly delivered and in perfect condition.”

“The orbital polisher/sander was put to good use two days after I received the product and it, and the associated polishing pads and polish achieved fantastic results on my 23 year old Alfa Romeo 3L GTV. The polisher/sander package (Inc. the consumables) was competitively price and the build quality is perfect.”

“I can only comment on the customer service element as I haven’t used the car pro clay towel yet. I received the towel within days of ordering it, communications were excellent around delivery. I was given a delivery day & a 2 hour delivery slot that was achieved . I was messaged at every step from confirmation of order, dispatch then confirmation of delivery. Whilst I haven’t used the cloth yet, it was well packaged & exactly what I expected to receive.”

“Ordered two towels, some Finale and a Sim’s bag. Unfortunately the bag was faulty but an email to Slim’s resulted in a replacement the next day. Excellent service and speedy delivery. Will certainly be using them again.”
